If your hair grows fast, then so will your extension, and volume refill eyelash extensions will be needed more often. The average human has between 150-200 top lashes and between 70-100 bottom lashes. These lashes will replace themselves over a 60-90 day cycle period. So, when one lash falls out, another is waiting to take its place. The lash growth cycle is one of the reasons why lash extensions fall out. It’s generally estimated that the average human loses between 1-7 natural lashes per day. This is why it’s important to get your refill eyelash extensions regularly.

What is a Mini Refill Eyelash Extensions?
To maintain the original look, we recommend getting lash infills done every 2-4 weeks.
However, you can require a mini lash fill if your eyelash extension was done just a week ago. Please leave a comment when you book a refill online. A mini lash fill is a shorter and cheaper appointment with fewer lash extensions applied.
How to care for eyelash extensions?
If you will follow all the instructions for caring for your lash extensions, your lashes will remain fuller longer. So, the most important rules are:
- keep your lashes dry for 24 hours after the procedure
- don’t use any oil-based products
- and clean your lash extensions daily (after 24 hours of course). All the oil, sweat and makeup build-up breaks down the glue. By cleaning with lash shampoo daily will avoid lashes falling out prematurely. Check our store.
However, there are so many other reasons for retention like skin type (lash extensions will fall out faster if you have oily skin), bad habits (yes, some people pull their lashes out!), steam (definitely wouldn’t recommend taking hot and long showers), hormones (menopause and pregnancy), medications (taking antibiotics or any other strong medications can affect retention).
