The same goes for eyelash extensions: we’ll work with your features to help you achieve your ideal look.

How to care for eyelash extensions

1. Keep your lashes dry for 4 hours after the lash extension procedure to let the adhesive properly set. Yes, 4 hours is enough!

2. Don’t use any oil-based products on your lash extensions.

3. After every lash appointment, it’s important to avoid sweating, steam, makeup, excessive brushing, and touching your lashes for the first 24 hours to ensure the best retention and avoid premature fallout.

4. Clean your lash extensions daily—oil, sweat, and makeup buildup can break down the adhesive. Using lash shampoo regularly helps keep your lashes clean and prevents premature shedding.

how can I customise my eyelash extension set?

We can customise your lash set by mixing different curls, lengths, and volumes. You can also add colourful lashes for a bold, eye-catching look that truly stands out.

What are classic eyelash extentions?

Classic eyelash extensions create a soft, natural look—similar to the effect of wearing mascara. This technique involves attaching one individual lash extension to one of your natural lashes, ensuring a clean, defined appearance without adding extra volume. It’s perfect if you want enhanced length and subtle fullness while still keeping your lashes looking natural.

what are Russian eyelash extensions?

Volume lashes are created using handmade fans made of multiple ultra-fine individual lashes. Each fan is carefully applied to a single natural lash to create a fuller, fluffier look. The fans can range from 2D (two lashes per fan) to much denser sets like 3D, 5D, or even mega volume, depending on the look you want to achieve. This technique adds depth and drama while still feeling lightweight and soft.

what is 3D eyelash extension?

This is a volume lash extension set using fans made of 3 individual lashes—also known as 3D volume. Each fan is carefully handcrafted and applied to one natural lash, creating a fuller, more dimensional look while still feeling lightweight and soft.

How frequently can I have a brow lamination done?

Every 6–8 weeks to keep your brows looking fresh.

When is it safe to get my brows wet after a brow lamination?

It’s best to avoid getting your brows wet for the first 24–48 hours after brow lamination. This allows the lifting solution to fully set and ensures your brows maintain their shape and results.

What is the aftercare for brows following a brow lamination?

After your brow lamination:

  • Keep your brows dry for 24 hours
  • Try not to sleep on your face
  • Avoid makeup on your brows during this tim
  • Avoid retinol around the brow area immediately after lamination to prevent irritation
  • Avoid excessive sweating for the first 48–72 hours after brow lamination
Are there any reasons I shouldn’t get a brow lamination?

Yes, brow lamination isn’t recommended if you have skin irritation, open wounds, eye infections, allergies to products, or recent brow treatments. It’s  also recommended to avoid applying retinol on or around the brows for at least 48–72 hours before the treatment.
