What is a Russian eyelash extension?
Russian eyelash extensions are made of volume fans made of individual lashes. Whether it’s a 2D or an 8D, they still will be called Russian volume lashes. All volume fans we use are handcrafted. We never use premade volume eyelashes in our studio because these premade fans were already dipped into the glue when they were created. So, when you dip it again, you can get a glue build-up on the end of the lash which can create a cluster and a messy lash line.
What are the benefits of Russian volume eyelash extension?
Russian eyelash extension set is the fullest of all lash extensions. How full – you decide. You can choose whether you want natural volume eyelashes with just 2D or get a really dramatic one using 6-8D. The more natural lashes used, the longer your eyes will stay full.

Is it possible to get a full russian eyelash extension set for the fine natural lashes without damaging them?
YES! Did you know that volume eyelashes can be safer for your natural lashes than individual ones? A fan of 3 lashes with a thickness of 0,05 mm or 5 lashes of 0,03 mm will be lighter than a single lash extension with a thickness of 0,20 mm. Please consult your lash expert to choose the right length and thickness for you depending on the condition of your natural lashes.
Why do I need to choose volume eyelash extension?
If your natural lashes are quite sparse, Russian volume extensions will be a better choice than a Classic Eyelash Extensions with single lashes, even if you’re getting a lash extension done for the first time. Volume eyelashes can help to hide gaps between your natural lashes.

How to care for eyelash extensions?
If you will follow all the instructions for caring for your lash extensions, your lashes will remain fuller longer. So, the most important rules are:
- keep your lashes dry for 24 hours after the procedure
- don’t use any oil-based products
- clean your lash extensions daily (after 24 hours of course). All the oil, sweat and makeup build-up breaks down the glue. By cleaning with lash shampoo daily will avoid lashes falling out prematurely. Check our store.
However, there are so many other reasons for retention like skin type (lash extensions will fall out faster if you have oily skin), bad habits (yes, some people pull their lashes out!), steam (definitely wouldn’t recommend taking hot and long showers), hormones (menopause and pregnancy), medications (taking antibiotics or any other strong medications can affect retention).
